Overview of Position:

This position is for the person who wants to learn destination management from the ground floor. We are looking for someone with exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. The duties for this position includes assisting Account Executives with various sales functions such as creating power point creative proposals and client contracts. Position includes daily interaction with vendors, confirming availability and pricing of venues, tours etc. and overseeing the day to day administrative needs of the Account Executive

Summary of Position:

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

Must be professional, motivated, customer service oriented, well organized and able to multi-task well under pressure. Excellent phone, typing and computer skills, as well as, strong oral and written communication skills are essential.  Have one-on-one personal interaction and an outgoing and positive attitude.  Be available to assist in after hours when needed to complete tasks or assist team.

Requirements

Hospitality industry experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work nights and weekends
