Program Planner

Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a growing Park Ridge global association, seeks a team-oriented Program Planner.

The Program Planner coordinates all aspects of the programming for assigned MDRT global meetings and serves as a liaison between internal committees and staff departments. Specific responsibilities include assisting Committees with the identification, selection, and contracting of speakers; managing materials for conference calls and on-site meetings; preparing and managing the speaker honorarium and expense budget; coordinating the compilation of speaker review results for meetings; preparing program related spec sheets; and managing the speaker tracking system.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented, deadline-driven, professional environment. The Program Planner must have strong project management, planning skills and attention to detail. MDRT seeks individuals with outstanding communication skills, a focus on providing exceptional customer service and a collaborative, positive attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Ability to travel local, domestically, and internationally up to 10% required.
