This position is accountable for supporting the day-to-day operations of developing and executing DIA Americas meetings.
- Must be able to learn and work in association management databases.
- Resolve customer CE credit and My Transcript issues for conferences.
- Support global Annual Meeting team with speaker correspondence and management.
- Manage attendee evaluations.
- Support the DIA Global App across multiple meetings.
- Support the production and execution of live webinars.
- Ensure accurate and professional appearance of conference websites.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 0-1+ years’ event support experience preferred.
- Some overnight domestic travel required.
- Highly technology literate; quickly learns new applications and tools.
- Experience with: Microsoft Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint required and, AMS Personify, Photoshop, and Zoom preferred.
