This position is accountable for supporting the day-to-day operations of developing and executing DIA Americas meetings.  

  • Must be able to learn and work in association management databases.
  • Resolve customer CE credit and My Transcript issues for conferences.
  • Support global Annual Meeting team with speaker correspondence and management.
  • Manage attendee evaluations.
  • Support the DIA Global App across multiple meetings.
  • Support the production and execution of live webinars.
  • Ensure accurate and professional appearance of conference websites.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 0-1+ years’ event support experience preferred.
  • Some overnight domestic travel required.
  • Highly technology literate; quickly learns new applications and tools.
  • Experience with: Microsoft Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint required and, AMS Personify, Photoshop, and Zoom preferred.
